When do I actually get paid?
Your reward only counts once your referral makes their first credit purchase. It then sits in a short review period (to protect against refunds) before moving to your paid balance on the Referrals page.
Does the reward apply to every purchase they make?
No — only their first purchase. After that, they're just a regular customer.
Is there a limit?
You can refer as many people as you like. There's a monthly cap on how many rewards get paid out per referrer, mainly as an anti-abuse safeguard.
Can I refer myself with a second account?
No — referrals sharing an email or purchase IP with the referrer are automatically excluded.
How do I get paid out?
Payouts are currently handled manually — once you have a paid balance, reach out to support to arrange it.
